【Abstract】 A peptide with morphine-like activity, termed peptide B-Ⅲ, has been isolated from the dry powder of porcine anterior pituitary by acid acetone extraction, NaCl precipitation, dialysis, lyophilization and chromatography on CM-cellulose.The purified peptide was shown to be homogenous on paper and slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The minimal chemical composition of peptide B-Ⅲ consists of 26 amino acid residues, and the N-terminal residue of the peptide is histidine.更多还原
