微秒级动力学光谱型闪光光解装置的研制和某些光解瞬态产物的观察
A CONVENTIONAL FLASH PHOTOLYSIS APPARATUS USING KINETIC SPECTROPHOTOMETRY AND OBSERVATIONS ON SOME TRANSIENT PHOTOLYSIS SPECIES
【摘要】 本文介绍了最近在中国科学院生物物理所建成并投入使用的微秒级动力学光谱型闪光光解装置。该装置的时间分辨率约5微秒,一次闪光消耗的能量为400~600焦耳,瞬态光吸收产物的探测灵敏度达到7×10-4O.D.。在该装置上对水合电子和双卤素阴离子自由基的形成和衰变作了观察,水合电子的最大吸收在680nm处,·Cl2-、·Br2-和I2-的瞬态吸收最大值分别在340nm、355nm和380nm波长处。本文还对这些瞬态产物的衰变动力学作了初步探讨。
【Abstract】 A microsecond flash photolysis apparatus which has been set up recently in the Institute of Biophysics of Academia Sinica is described. The time resolution of the apparatus is about 5 microseconds and the energy dissipated in a single flash is in the range of 400~600 joules. The minimum detectable optical density of transient species may be 7 × 10-4O. D.Observations on formation and decay for the hydrated electron and dihalide anion radicals were made on this apparatus. The hydrated electron eaq- has maximum absorption at 680 nm and the absorption peaks of .Cl2-, .Br2- and .I2- are at 340, 335 and 380 nm respectively. The kinetics of decay for these transient species is also discussed.
