【摘要】 报告了冠心舒不同组分的抗凝和降血脂作用。在依冠心舒组分抽得率折合的剂量下,组分Ⅰ无抗凝活性,组分Ⅱ具有较高的抗凝活性。两种组分都有明显地抑制TritonWR-1339诱发的高胆固醇血症和食物性高甘油三酯血症作用,提示了抗凝活性和降脂活性是不平行的,是可以分开的。它的意义在于为提取和合成作用专一性高、副作用少的粘多糖药物提供了依据。本文初步讨论了粘多糖的构—效关系及它们在防治动脉粥样硬化中的地位。更多还原

【Abstract】 The anticoagulant and hypolipidemic effects of various fractions from GUAN-XIN-SHU has been studied. On the converted dosage of extractive percentage from whole GUAN-XIN-SHU, fraction-one does not posess anticoagulant activity, but fraction-two presents a higher anticoagulant activity. Both fractions revealed a significant inhibition of serum total cholesterol level in Triton WR-1339 in resulted hypercholesterolemic rats, and of the serum triglyceride level in dietary hypertriglyceridemic rats. It suggested that anticoagulant and hypolipidemic activity are independent to each other.Its significance is that these results offered a basis for the extraction and synthesis of some glycosaminoglycan drugs with higher specific efficacy and lower side effect. The relationship between the structure and effect of these glycosaminoglycans and the targets sites in prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis were initially discussed.更多还原
