【摘要】 莱杭鸡受精卵,孵化四天半时注射1.0mg或1.5mg丙酸睾丸素,以抑制法氏囊的发生,孵出的十三只雛鸡全部无法氏囊。用睾丸素处理过的鸡胚,分别在孵化十一日,十三日或十五日到十七日注射两或三次同期的法氏囊提取液,结果孵出的十只雛鸡中有半数有较小的法氏囊,其余五只无法氏囊。此种法氏囊的结构,和正常的相比表现出上皮褶数目较少,有的仅有髓部,有的尚有不发达的皮部,有的只有上皮芽,部分法氏囊上皮尚未分化。泸泡中的淋巴细胞排列疏松,细胞质中游离的核糖体多,并呈玫瑰花簇状,线粒体也增多,因此证明法氏囊提取液有促使法氏囊发生的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 A dosage of 1.0mg. or 1.5mg. testosterone propionate was injected into each egg incubated for 4 1/2 days to inhibit the development of bursa of Fabricius. 13 chickens hatched and all were bursaless. In the experimental groups, the hormonally bursectomized embryos were treated with bursal extract either twice at 11th and 13th days or 3 times on 15th to 17th days respectively. 10 chickens hatched, 5 of them were bursaless and the rest 5 had comparatively small bursa. Light and electron microscopic observations revealed that the structure of these bursae was different from that of the normal ones. The plicae of these bursa were short and less in number. Some follictes only had medulla, others had medulla and undeveloped cortex. The undifferentiated lyphoepithelium and epithelium with lymph nodules were sometimes found in the sections. The lymphocytes in these follicles arranged loosely and contained large amount of free ribosomes. Mitochondria also increased in amount. These morphological structures showed that they were young follicles in the stages of development. It may be concluded that the bursal extract is able to enhance the reconstitution of the bursa of Fabricius in the bursectomized chick embryos.更多还原
