双-(4-二甲胺苯基)-安替比林甲醇的合成及汞的分光光度测定

【摘要】 <正> 新型有机试剂的合成及应用至今仍是光度分析法发展的方向之一.三苯甲烷染料是早为人所共知的一类常用显色剂,优点是灵敏度高,但在强酸性介质中不够稳定,对比度小.若在其分子中用安替比林环代替一个苯环,由于安替比林基的络合和成盐能力胜过苯环上的氨基,能显著提高试剂的反应能力,由于杂环基的引入,能提高试剂在强酸介质中的稳定性及对比度,这类试剂统称为安替比林染料.已有人合成了几种,并先后广泛用于在不同条件下测定锌、镓(Ⅲ)、镉、锑(Ⅴ)、钼(Ⅵ)、铼(Ⅶ)、汞(Ⅱ)、硼、磷(Ⅴ)、钖(Ⅱ)、硅、锗等

【Abstract】 A newly synthesised analytical reagent, bis-(4-dimethylaminophenyl)-antipyryl carbinol, has been used in a new spectrophotometric method for determination of trace amounts of mercury (II).The determination can be carried out smoothly in an aqueous medium with the addition of arable gum and without the prior extraction of the complx.The compositon of the complex has been estimated by means of continuous variation and the molar ratio methods. The is 100 nm, while A 1.8X104 liter mole-1 cm-1. Beer’s law is obeyed for 0-200 g/25ml of Hg( II):The procedure suggested has been applied successfully in determination of a sample containing Zn(II) Cd(II) and Hg(II), and gives 94?05% recovery of mercury(II); the average coefficient of variation is 3. 6%(8 determinations);The method is simple, rapid and it ensures good reproducibility.
