纤维氧化铝之研制及其特性的初步探讨
A PRELIMINARY STUDY OF FIBROUS ALUMINA AS CATALYST CARRIER
【摘要】 用铝溶胶法,在自行设计的喷丝装置上,研制出强度好、直径均匀、基本上无渣球的活性氧化铝短纤维。经X-射线衍射、电子显微镜测试研究表明,氧化铝原纤维为无定型结构。高温热处理至800℃以上始有η-Al2O3特征峰出现,该氧化铝即使灼烧至1000℃也没有高温α-Al2O3相变。纤维氧化铝的比表面、孔结构分析结果是:比表面一般在80/130m2/g之间,孔体积为0.1~0.14ml/g。表面酸性较普通颗粒状氧化铝低得多。将此纤维制成铂-纤维催化剂对加氢、脱氢、重整、催化燃烧等反应进行了初步的试探性试验,并与颗粒状氧化铝作了对比。试验结果表明,用纤维氧化铝作载体的催化剂对上述反应有较好的催化活性。
【Abstract】 Alumina fiber with diameter of about 5-7μ has been prepared from alumina sol.X-ray diffraction and electronic microscope studies show that the raw alumina fibre is amorphous in structure. The characteristic peak of η-Al2O3 appears in X-ray pattern when heated to over 800℃. α-Al2O3 is not observed even when it is calcined up to 1000℃.The specific surface area ranges from 80 to 130 m2/g and the pore volume from 0.1 to 0.4 ml/g.The Pt-Al2O3 fiber catalyst is prepared and tests are made on hydrogenation, dehydrogenation, platforming and catalytic combustion. The Pt-catalyst made from Al2O3 fiber shows better performance than that from conventional granular Al2O3.
