粗萘加氢精制
HYDROFINING OF RAW NAPHTHALENE
【摘要】 在进行粗萘加氢精制时,要求催化剂具有高活性和良好的选择性。即脱硫、脱氮等精制活性高,而萘加氢生成四氢萘的量要少。我们自制了一种以大孔氧化铝作载体的Co-Mo-Al型催化剂,在适宜的工艺条件下可以满足上述要求,同时催化剂上积炭也不高,是一种较为理想的加氢精制用催化剂。
【Abstract】 In the hydrofining of raw naphthalene, attempts were made both to suppress the excessive formation of tetralin and to achieve satisfactory desulfurization with least fouling of catalyst.By the use of a new catalyst at appropriate reaction condition, it was found that tetralin was as low as 4.20% and S content at 18.8ppm in the product and the coke formation was low on the catalyst.
