【摘要】 如何诱导橡胶树矮化和提前开花,在橡胶育种工作中有很大的实践意义。1975—1980年,32个橡胶无性系不同诱导处理的结果表明:(1)从橡胶树幼龄开始,进行连续人工摘顶和修枝整形就能使之矮化。(2)全螺旋状剥皮,结合树冠叶面喷施1000ppm香豆素,能诱导多数橡胶无性系在1～2.5龄开花,花期一致,花量多,可进行正常的人工授粉,处理植株未发生梢枯和风断,所得的杂交种子发育正常。(3)诱导矮化与提前开花可用于校胶育种工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Induction of dwarfing and early flowering in rubber trees is of practical importance in Hevea breeding.Thirty two clones treated by different methods during 1975-1980 suggest that:(1)Rubber trees can be dwarfed by continuous artificial capping and pruning.(2)Most clones may flower within 1～2.5 years after full spiral ringbarking and spraying of 1000 ppm coumarin. Besides , flowering phase is uniform; flowers are many and good for hand pollination. No dieback and wind breakage occur with the treated plants. Hybrid seeds germinate normally.(3)It seems feasible to apply the induction of dwarfing and early flowering to Hevea breeding programme.更多还原
