表土-冻结壁-外井壁复合弹塑性体系的分析和计算
THE ANALYSIS AND CALCULATION OF COMPOSITE ELASTOPLASTIC SYSTEM "ALLUVIUM-FROZEN WALL-OUTER PART OF SHAFT LINING"
【摘要】 本文把表土、冻结壁、外井壁视为共同作用的整体,将冻结壁内外分为5个应力区,运用复合材料弹塑性分析方法,推导出各区的应力和位移公式。在此基础上,得到了冻结壁厚度的计算公式,并通过回归分析,求得近似公式 E=[(-0.35+0.012ψ)+(1.18-0.03ψ)(μ_TγH)/C]D, 或 E≈(DH)/(500). 文中还给出了外井壁计算公式,建议采用位移计算一强度校核的设计程序,并论述了外井壁结构、厚度和刚度等的设计原则,推荐采用高强度薄壁结构。
【Abstract】 In this paper the alluvium, the frozen wall and the outer part of shaft lining are taken for as a whole. The frozen wall is divided into five parts with various stress fields. Some formulas have been derived for calculation of stress and movement in these parts using analytical method of composite elastoplastic material.Based on the above mentioned, a formula for calculation of frozen wall thickness is derived and by applying regression analysis an approximate equation has been obtained as follows: E=[(-0.35 + 0.012φ)+(1.18-0.03φ)(μ_TγH)/C]D, or E≈(DH)/(500).A formula for calculation of the outer part of shaft lining is demonstrated. The author suggests a design method using the procedure of movement calculation strength checking. The design principles concerning the structure of the outer part of shaft lining, and its thickness and rigidity are described. Recommendation has been given to the application of high strength shell structure.
