乳化液膜研究——连续逆流分离柱处理含酚污水

【摘要】 建立了实验室规模的自动分散的浮化液膜连续逆流分离装置。对含酚浓度为500 ppm 的水溶液.能通过一级处理.连续净化到5ppm 以下,净化率达到99%以上。根据酚在液膜两侧溶液中的平衡分配关系和过程的物料衡算,计算了乳化液膜分离柱的理论段数和理论传递单位高度。在适合的操作条件下.理论传递单位高度在160~190cm。

【Abstract】 In this paper,we have treated the phenolic waste water,containing 500 ppm,phenol,with aqu.NaOH solution in oil type emulsified liquid membrane.This treatment is performed in a continuous counter column, which is 120 cm.high and 6.2 cm.in diameter.The efficiency of this column has been calculated,with the equilibrium distribution date and material balance.The result has been obtained that the H.T.U o (height of theoretic stage)of the liquid membrane extraction column,is about 160-190 cm.Additionally,in a singly theoretic stage column,more than 99% of phenol will be removed from the waste water by such liquid membrane.
