硼化物相德拜(特征)温度的测定

【摘要】 德拜温度与其中物理量的关系为: 此处I是o°K时的X射线衍射强度 I_p是T°K时的X射线衍射强度 本文利用高温X射线衍射,根据(1)(2)两式测定了FeB的德拜温度,测定结果为;900°——1100°K之间的平均值为2400°K。

【Abstract】 The relation between Debye temperature (?) and other physical quantities is shown as: ⅠT/Ⅰ=e-2M (1)Where Ⅰ is the intensity of X-Ray diffracfionat o°K ⅠT is the intensity of X-Ray Diffraction at T°K 2M=-(12h2/mak(?)){(φ(X)/X+1/4}(Sin2θ)/λ2 (2)In this paper the. Debye temperature of FeB has been measured, using the instrument of X-Ray diffraction at high temperature. Based on (1) and (2) formulas, the results are as follows:The average Debye temperature is 24000°K between the temperature 900-1100 k.
