部分氧化法流态化木屑热解的研究

【摘要】 在半工业性装置中,采用流态化和部份氧化技术完成了处理量12吨/日木屑的热解,试验证明操作运行平稳满意,木焦油收率为木屑(含水10%)的13.5%,木屑炭收率为14%,与其它热解方法相比,本过程具有投资省、过程简便。因此这一试验的成功为综合利用木材和开发流态化工程提供了条件。

【Abstract】 By using fluidization and partial oxidation technique, sawdust has been pyrolysed in a semi-commercial plant with a capacity of 12 tons per day. The test operations proved the process functioned satisfactorily. The yield of wood-tar is 13.5% and the charcoal is 14% of sawdust with 10% water. Compared with other pyrolysis process, it has shown distinct advantages in low investment cost and being simple in processing. The test success indicates that the work has great significance in developing the Utilization of wood and the engineering of fluidization.
