常见人体结石的物质成分

【摘要】 <正> 小引人体结石中的胆结石和尿路结石,为结石病中的常见病和多发病。而尿路结石似乎又有地区性的特点,以四川而论,川南多见,川北少见。上述两种结石病的病因和发病学,国内外虽然研究了数百年,但至今尚未查明,因而治疗也就存在问题。我们从医学地质学的观点,研究了这些结石的物质成分及其结构构造特点也许有助于这个问题的解决。

【Abstract】 We have studied the composition of calculi from the view of medical geology. Calculi is a solid concretion formed in the human body.We have studied the samples from cholecystolithus, cholithus, nephrolithus, cystolith ureterolith, etc.with the method of petrology and the technique of infra-red absorption spectrum. The composition of cholecystolithus was made up of organic matter and carbapatite. For example, the composition of the Patient-Shi’s cholecystolithus was a cholesterinicus component as follow: cholesterin-C27H45OH: 93.4%; bilirubin-C33H36O6N4: 0.5%; carbapatite-3Ca (PO42·CaCO3(?): 2.1%. The composition of cholithus, such as Patient-Wang’s, was made up of bilirubin-C33H36O6N4: 52.1%, cholesterin-C27H45OH: 27.8% and carbapatite -3Ca (PO42·CaCO3 (?): 1.9%. The texture of cholecystolithus was radiate, concentric and it is crossed or mud texture. The composition of urolithus was made up of mineral component and organic matter: Nephrolith was made up of whewellite-CaC2O4·H2O, hydroxyapatite- Ca5[PO4]3 (OH), and cystolith: uricacid-C5H4O3N4, ammonium urate-(NH4) C5H3O3N4, struvite-NH4MgPO4·6H2O, sodium urate-Na2C5H2O6N4·H2O, cystine-C6H12O4N2S2 and carbapatite. The texture of cystolith was conce- ntric. The ureterolith was made up of whewellite, struvite, uricacid, ammonium urateetc.
