【Abstract】 A series of 1-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-2,2,2-trichcloroethyl acetate analogues were prepared. The general formula is:where R1, R2 and R3 are different substitutes, such as H, Cl, alkyl, alkoxy, halosub-stituted alky], phenyl and substituted phenyl groups. The effectiveness of these compounds to houseflies (Musca domestica vicina L.) and mosquitoes (Culex pipiens var pattens Coquillett) has been determined. The result showed that changing of R2 group could not affect the insecticidal activities, but changing the substituent group on the benzene ring (R1 and R2) seems to influence the insecticidal activity somewhat. The compound with R2=CH2O, R1=H, R2=CH禄 showed enhanced activity in the series of compounds tested.更多还原
