三氯杀虫酯类似物的化学结构与生物活性
THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE CHEMICAL STRUCTURE OF 1 (3, 4-DICHLOROPHENYL) 2, 2, 2-TRICHLOROETHYL ACETATE ANALOGUES AND INSECTICIDAL ACTIVITIES
【摘要】 本文系列合成了三氯杀虫酯(简称“7504”)类化合物,并对蚊、蝇等卫生害虫进行了药效测定。所得结果表明,三氯杀虫酯类似物中,烷基羧酸基(R3)碳链增长并不能增强其杀虫活性。但改变苯环上的取代基(R1或R2)对杀虫活性的影响比较显著。从所测的化合物中,以苯环上取代基R2为甲氧基的化合物(“7808”)活性较高。
【Abstract】 A series of 1-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-2,2,2-trichcloroethyl acetate analogues were prepared. The general formula is:where R1, R2 and R3 are different substitutes, such as H, Cl, alkyl, alkoxy, halosub-stituted alky], phenyl and substituted phenyl groups. The effectiveness of these compounds to houseflies (Musca domestica vicina L.) and mosquitoes (Culex pipiens var pattens Coquillett) has been determined. The result showed that changing of R2 group could not affect the insecticidal activities, but changing the substituent group on the benzene ring (R1 and R2) seems to influence the insecticidal activity somewhat. The compound with R2=CH2O, R1=H, R2=CH禄 showed enhanced activity in the series of compounds tested.
