渗硼层及其与基体间过渡层的结构

【摘要】 本文研究了45钢,Cr12Mo工具钢,18-8不锈钢及GT-35硬质合金渗硼层和过渡层的组织结构。用辉光放电发射光谱测定了渗硼层中逐层硼含量。硼含量随着层深逐渐降低,其中两个"平台"部分的硼含量分别与FeB和Fe2B的计算组成相符合。从电子探针分析的结果表明合金元素Cr和Mo往渗硼层富集,合金元素Ni和C被赶到渗硼层下面富集,形成复杂的过渡区。应用X射线衍射内标法对GT-35渗硼层定量测定了逐层的各相含量,得出了TiC,TiB2,FeB,Fe2B,Fe3(CB),Fe23(CB)6,α-Fe和γ-Fe等相随着层深的含量变化规律。

【Abstract】 The structure of boride layers and the transition zone in a medium carbon steel, 18-8 stainless steel, Cr12Mo tool steel and GT-35 hard metal have been studied. The boron content is accurately determined layer-by-layer by emission spectroscopy with a glow discharge source. The amount of boron is decreased progressively with the depth. In the boron content vs depth curve there are two flat parts, the boron content of which are consistent respectively with, the calculated compositions of FeB and Fe2B phases. The result of electron micro-probe analysis shows that, Cr and Mo are concentrated in the boride layer, while Ni and C are concentrated beneath the boride layer and a complex transition zone is thus formed. The phases presented in the boride layer and transition zone in GT-35 hard metal are quantitatively determined by X-ray diffraction with an internal standard. The changes in the amount of TiC, TiB2, FeB, Fe2B, Fe3(CB), Fe23(CB)6, α-Fe and γ-Fe with the depth have been studied.
