在直流电压作用下Y2O3:Eu3+压片发光的激发过程的研究
A RESEARCH ON THE EXCITATION PROCESSES OF LUMINESCENCE IN Y2O3: Eu3+ LAMINA UNDER THE ACTION OF A D. C. ELECTRIC VOLTAGE
【摘要】 测得了Y2O3:Eu3+压片在直流电压作用下的紫外发射谱,并证明它不是Eu3+的特征谱,而是N2分子在这个波段的发射谱。观察了这组紫外光谱的亮度波形,其特征与同样样品在相同的激发方式下发射的Eu3+的亮度波形的特征相同。与ZnS:Cu电致发光特性作了比较,说明在电场作用下Y2O3:Eu3+的发光是一个“次级效应”,空气放电起了重要作用。
【Abstract】 It was found that V2O3: Eu3+ lamina excited by a d. c. electric voltage emits the ultra-voilet emission which was shown that it is not the characteristic spectrum of Eu3+, but the emission spectrum of N2 molecules in this region. The brightness waveform of the ultra-violt emission was observed and found that it behaves as same as the brightness waveform of the characferistic spectrum of Eu3+ emited by the same sample by the same excited method. Compared with the electroluminescence behaviors of ZnS: Cu, it is clear that the Luminescence from Y2O3: Eu3+ lamina excited by d. c electric Voltage is a "Secondary effect", and the air dicharge plays an important role in it.
