水稻无土肥水育秧与大田常规育秧秧苗的比较解剖
Comparative anatomy for Rice seedlings grown by soilless culture and normal field culture
【摘要】 <正> 温室无土肥水育秧是为水稻插秧机械化服务的,水稻秧苗标准化后,便可与插秧机配套进行机插。本文拟从解剖学角度对无土肥水育秧(以下简称无土秧)与大田常规育秧(以下简称水秧)进行比较,以供有关单位参考。一、材料与方法样品选用早籼广陆矮四号,水秧由华中农学院教学实验农场提供,无土秧由湖北省农科院提供,于1980年5月2日秧苗4叶期时采样,分为无土秧及水秧两个处理。每一
【Abstract】 The indica early rice (dwarf chang-lu No4) was vsed as the sampleand cultivated by two treatments-soilless culture and normal fieldculture. Sample for invetigation was taken on May 4, 1980, whenseedlngs developed in four foliage stage. A striking contrast betweenthe two treatments is as follows. 1. The life span of epidermis and root hair of the seedling grownby soilless culture is longer, cortex developed well, lateral root formsearlier and more. 2. Mesophyll of the soilless seedling developed well, it has largercells and more chloroplasts. 3. Leaf veins of the seedlinq produceg by normal field culturedeveloped well, and vascular bundle is thicker, mechamical tissue cellspossess thicker cell wall. Therefore comparison between the two showed that the riceseedlings produced by soilless cultur are more vigorous and has higherefficiency in phtosynthesis than that of normal field culture.
