【摘要】 <正> 常见的冠心病、肺心病、脑血管疾病等都与缺氧有关。我们从解决缺氧角度出发,在黑龙江省寻找具有抗缺氧作用的中草药,山高粱即是其中之一。现将实验结果报告如下:材料山高粱:1978年从黑龙江省玉泉采集的,利用其茎叶穗,加水煎煮三次,做成水煎液,浓缩成一毫升中含有一克生药,做为腹腔给药,灌胃时将其浓缩为一毫升中含有三克或四克生药备用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The experiment suggested that the traditional herb—shangaoliang (sorbaria sorbifolia) has an obvious antihypoxic action in several hypo- xic models,such as hypoxic hypoxia,anemic hypoxia,histotoxic hypo- xia and stagnant hypoxia. The drug prolonged the survival time of animals in hypoxic condi- tion(normal baric hypoxia and hypobaric hypoxia).It protected the ani- mals against the histotoxic hypoxia by cyanide and sodiuin nitrite.In addition the drug also prevented cerebral circulation disturbance of the animals produced by the ligation of carotid artery of both side.更多还原
