【Abstract】 Studies have been made to analyse the inclined latero-posterior oblique tomography in 150 cases.It was proposed that seven indications related to plain film of patients could be selected for use of inclined latero-posterior oblique tomography. It was stated that seven signs may be taken as basis for the diagnosis of pulmonary carcinoma and another four for the differential diagnosis fr- om other tumor-like lesions.Besides,studies have pointed to how to assess the swelling size of lymph nodes at the pulmonary hilum. It was emphasized that this method was proved to be satisfactory in diagnosis of pulmonary cancer and apt to ascertain the lymph node.The method of examination is notdifficult to handle.It may be utilized in tho- se institute with ready instrument of tomography.更多还原
