不同表面积硅胶上保留值变化规律
RETENTION VALUES OF VARIOUS SOLUTES ON SILICA GEL WITH DIFFERENT SURFACE AREAS
【摘要】 采用简单的液体模型,得到了容量因子k′与溶质溶剂的分子参数之间的理论关系。从这个理论方程可知不同表面积硅胶上的两种线性关系,即:不同溶质在不同表面积硅胶上k′值对数之间线性关系及溶质k′值的对数和表面积的对数之间线性关系。我们用不同表面积YWG-5微粒硅胶,用自制的高压液相色谱仪,以庚烷做冲洗剂,测定了芳烃卤代物、芳香醚、芳香酯等溶质的k′值。实验得到的线性关系与理论预测是一致的。
【Abstract】 By using a very simple liquid model a theoretical equation between the capacity factor k’ and the molecular parameters of solutes, solvents etc can be derived. From this equation two linear relationships among silicagels with various surface areas can be derived: namely, the linear relationship between the logarithm values of k’ of various solutes on two silica gels with different surface areas and the linear relationship between the logarithm values of k’ of a solute and logarithm values of surface areas of silica gel. Microparticle silica YWG-5 with various surface areas produced by Qindao Marine Chemical Plant was used and k’s of solutes, including aromatic hydrocarbons, ha]ogenated compounds, aromatic ethers and aromatic esters, were determined with home-made HPLC instrument using heptane as eluant. The linear relationships experimentally obtained are in good agreement with the theoretical prediction.
