【摘要】 通过高分辨质谱分析、重氢标记和亚稳态离子的测定,对吊裙草碱(1)、光萼猪屎豆碱(3)、美丽猪屎豆碱(5)和二乙酰野百合碱(6)的断键机理进行了研究。

【Abstract】 The mechanisms of fragmentation of retusine, spectabiline, usaramine and diacetyl-monocrotaline were studied by means of exact mass measurements and metastable ion measurements and also by using corresponding compounds labeled with deuterium. Signiticant difference was found between the mechanisms of fragmentation of macrocyclic dilactone pyrrolizidine alkaloids with and without a double bond in the fused ring system. In the latter case, the cleavage of the G7-O bond is preferred, whereas in theformer case, due to the presence of the allylic oxygen function, the C9-O bond is more readily broken.
