季铵盐类植物生长抑制剂的合成及生物效应试验

【摘要】 本文研究合成四个结构有关的季铵盐:氯化2-氯乙基三甲铵(CCC),氯化2-羟乙基三甲铵(HCC),氯化1,2-二氯乙基三甲铵(DCC)和氯化苄基三甲铵(BTC),并探讨在常压下进行合成的反应条件.用这四个植物生长抑制剂和溴化异丁基三甲铵(ITB),溴化2-溴乙基三甲铵(BTB),在10-3M到10-1M浓度范围内,对小麦芽鞘及花生幼苗进行生物效应试验的研究,发现CCC有很好的抑制效果,而ITB和BTB亦有一定的延缓生长效应.

【Abstract】 This paper gives an account of the synthesis of the four structurally related quaternary ammonium salts, namely, 2-chloroethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride ( CCC ), 2-hydroxy ethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (HCC) , 1, 2 -dichloro ethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(DCC) and benzyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(BTC), and discusses the reaction conditions for their synthesis under ordinary pressures.A study is also made of the biological effects of these four inhibitors-isobutyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (ITB) and2-bromoethyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (BTB) on wheat coleoptiles and peanut seedlings within the concentration rangingfrom 10-3M to 10-1M, CCC is found to be the most effective growth inhibitor while ITB and BTB also have some degree of inhibiting effect.
