乙烯氧化制取乙二醇醋酸酯的研究 Ⅰ.Pd-Cu催化体系的研究

【摘要】 乙二醇是重要的化工产品。目前乙二醇主要是由环氧乙烷法合成的,因其原料利用率还不够高,故本文采用乙烯催化转化成乙二醇醋酸酯的方法,经水解制取乙二醇,乙烯利用率比环氧乙烷法高。本文研究了Pd-Cu催化体系。其组成为:醋酸(溶剂)量3.5~4.0摩尔;PdCl2 0.0006~0.001摩尔;铜化合物0.6~0.7摩尔,其中CuCl2/Cu(OAc)2摩尔比近于2;水含量小于0.4摩尔。在本研究考察了乙烯反应的压力,温度。得到乙烯反应压力为5~6 kg/cm2,反应温度为65℃左右,在电磁搅拌高压釜中反应到不再吸收乙烯为止,有效酯得率在90%左右,总酯得率在95%左右。
【Abstract】 Ethylene glycol is an important chemical product which is mainly obtained by hydrolysis of ethylene oxide commercially, but with relatively low yield. To improve this, we adopte other method in which the ethylene is first catalytically oxidized to give ethylene glycol acetates and then converted to ethylene glycol by hydrolysis. By this process the efficiency of saving ethylene is hereby raised.The catalytic systems used are composed of HAc, PdCl2, CuCl2 and Cu(OAc)2. The acetic acid used is 3.5—4.0 mole, PdCl2 0.0006—0.001 mole, cupric compounds 0.6—0.7 mole. The mole ratio CuCl2/Cu(OAc)2 is about 2, and the water present is below 0.4 mole.The effects of the pressure of ethylene and the reaction temperature have been studicd. The reaction is carried out in a autoclavc with magnetic stirrcr and working pressure used is around 5—6kg,/cm2, at 65℃. The total yield of esters is about 95%, while the yield of ethylene glycol acetates is around 90%.
