预辐照F46薄膜同甲基丙烯酸-二乙烯基苯水溶液体系的接枝共聚

【摘要】 研究了预辐照F薄膜同甲基丙烯酸-二乙烯基苯水溶液体系的接枝共聚。电子预辐照剂量为(3~8)×105rad,接枝温度为80°~95℃,接枝时间随温度和剂量而定。 为了确定单体水溶液的合理配方,进行了甲基丙烯酸-二乙烯基苯-水三元体系的相图研究。 由所得接枝物可制备电化学性能优良、机械强度高的离子交换膜。其主要性能如下:交换容量:2~3meq/g,比电阻:50~100Ω-cm,选择透过性:95~98%,抗拉强度:≥160kg/cm2

【Abstract】 The graft copolymerization of Methacrylic acid-divinylbenzene mixed monomers from its aqueous solution onto pre-irradiated F46 film was studied in detail. The total dose of electron beam pre-irradiation laid between the range of (3-8) * 105rad and the reaction temperature was 80-95?. The duration for graft copolymerization various with the total absorbed dose and reaction temperature.The optimum composition of aqueous solution of mixed monomers was obtained from the phase diagram of Methacrylic acid-divinylbenzene-H2O ternary system therefore constructed.The resulting grafts can give cation exchange membranes with excellent electrochemical properties and high mechanical strength.The membranes have following major characteristics:1. Ion exchange Capacity (IEC) 2-3 meq/g2. Specific resistance (p) 50-100 OOOOO-cm3. permselectivity 95-98%4. Tensile strength >>>>>>>160kg/cm2
