离子轰击加热时工件表面温度不均匀性及其改善方法
Temperature Non-uniformity of Workpiece Surface Heated by Ion Bombardment and Its Improvement
【摘要】 本文研究了离子轰击加热时工件的温度不均匀性问题。试验证明:影响温度不均匀性的主要因素是工件的形状因素。工件不同形状部位的温度差别是由于工件不同形状部位电流分布及散热条件不同而造成;在普通离子氮化炉中增设封闭隔热层的方法,可以基本解决离子轰击加热工件温度的不均匀性问题,而且可以大大节省能源,使在不同温度保温时所需单位表面积上功率消耗降低65%~80%。此外,由于该种方法仍用离子轰击单一加热的方法,因而保持了离子轰击化学热处理速度快速一特点。
【Abstract】 Temperature non-uniformity of Workpiece surface heated by ion bombardment is investigated,Experimental results show that the profile of workpiece is the main factor Which Considerablly effects on the temperature non-uniformity of surface.Tempeature differences are produced by the difference of glow-discharge currentdistribution and heat dissipation on diffrent parts of Workpiece.An equipment forimproving temperaure uniformity is presented,by Which the maximum tempe-rature difference is reduced from nearly 220℃ to 20℃,and the Consumption ofelectric power on unit surface area is reduced by a factor of 3-6.
