【摘要】 本文讨论在阿基米德蜗轮加工时用公法线进行测量的新方法。本文首先从分析阿基米德蜗轮齿面特性出发,论述了阿基米德蜗轮公法线在蜗轮齿面上的唯一性,并推导了阿基米德蜗轮公法线计算公式;其次本文叙述测量阿基米德蜗轮公法线的必要测量条件,指出阿基米德蜗轮在加工时公法线长度变动量和进刀量之间存在线性关系,利用这个特性,在生产中可以解决三个实际生产问题,并从实际例子说明。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new method for the measurement of machining tooth profile of Archimedes worm wheel by means of common normal is discussed in this paper. At first, based on the analysis of the character of the tooth profile of Archimedes worm wheel,we prove that there is a unique common normal to the whole profile and derive its calculation formula. Then, we illustrate the necessary condition for the measurement of the common normal and point out that the length of common normal varies with the value of feed in linear function. Three problems in production may be solved by using this special features, and a practical example of which is cited in this paper.更多还原
