钙钛矿型La1-xCaxCrO3用作固体电介质ZrO2的电极
USE OF PEROVSKITE La1-xCaxCrO3 AS ELECTRODE MATERIAL FOR ZIRCONIA SOLID ELECTROLYTE
【摘要】 本文就Ca2+置换的铬酸镧——La1-xCaxCrO3用作固体电介质CaO稳定ZrO2电极的适用性,研究了La1-xCaxCrO3的电导率和Ca2+置换量及晶格收缩的关系、La1-xCaxCrO3与CaO稳定的ZrO2的相容性、测定了热膨胀系数、机械强度,考察了La1-xCaxCrO3的结晶稳定性等。给出了高温界面反应电子探针分析结果。
【Abstract】 This paper deals with the feasibility of CaO doped lanthanum chromate La1-xCaxCrO3(x=0, 5%, 10%, 12%) as solid electrolyte to stabilize zirconia electrode. Electrical condu-ctivity of lanthanum chromate has been studied with relation to the substitution of calciumions for lanthanum in the crystal lattice as well as to the contraction of lattice dimen-sion.The compatibility of La1-xCaxCrO3 with calcia stabilized zirconia at high tempera-tures has been also investigated. The thermal expansion, mechanical strength and tempe-rature stability of La1-xCaxCrO3 were determined and the distribution of elements at inter-face of high temperature reaction between lanthanum cbromate and zirconia was investi-gated by electron probe microanalyser.
