蛇纹石矿物的电子显微研究

【摘要】 用电子衍射、电子探针和俄歇电子谱等方法,对我国的蛇纹石矿物进行了研究。电子衍射图样表明这些矿物分属于纤蛇纹石、利蛇纹石和叶蛇纹石。将电子探针和俄歇电子谱的分析结果同化学分析结果作了比较。用透射电子显微镜观察到间距为4.5A、4.6A和7.3A的点阵条纹象、螺旋生长形态和位错。用光学过滤噪音方法对透射电子显微图象作了处理。在电子显微镜中观察到电子束对蛇纹石矿造成的辐照损伤。

【Abstract】 Three kinds of asbestos produced in China have been studied by transmission electronmicroscope,electron diffraction,energy dispersive micro-analysis of X-rays and Auger elec-tron spectra methods. They were respectively identified as chrysotile, antigorite and lizar-dite. The lattice fringes of chrysotile fibers were studied. In the image processing techni-que, the optical filtering method has been used to improve the quality of electron micro-graphs.
