超高压容器的升温时间效应及其动态方程
TIME EFFECT AND KINETIC EQUATION OF TEMPERATURE IN ULTRAHIGH-PRESSURE CELL
【摘要】 本文叙述静压法合成金刚石过程中温度-压力曲线对于金刚石晶体生长的重要意义;在DS-29型铰链式六面顶压机上,对直接加热和间接加热两种不同组装的试块的中心温度随时间而变化的情况进行了测试;根据实验结果,作者提出超高压容器升温时间效应的概念和函数表达式,推导了超高压容器中心温度的动态方程。 本文还对静压法合成金刚石最佳升温曲线的设计原理进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 The importance of T-P path in the growth of diamond crystal has been described. Thechanges of temperature in the center of high pressure cell with time were measured withboth direct and indirect heating methods by means of cubic high pressure apparatus. Basedon the experimental results, the time effect on temperature in the center of ultrahigh-pressure cell during rise of temperature and the formula there of have been proposed. Akinetic equation has also been derived. Finally, the principle of determining the optimum curve of rising temperature for thesynthesis of diamond with quasihydrostatic high pressure apparatus is discussed.
