LiNbO3-Zn3Nb2O8赝二元系相图、单晶生长及锂离子电导性能的研究
INVESTIGATIONS ON PHASE DIAGRAM,CRYSTAL GROWTH AND LITHIUM ION CONDUCTION OF LiNbO3--Zn3Nb2O? PSEUDOBINARY SYSTEM
【摘要】 本文用差热分析和X射线衍射的方法测定了LiNbO3-Zn3Nb2O8赝二元系相图。发现了一个新的化合物LiZn3Nb3O11,它属于四方晶系,α=6.16A,c=8.45A,Z=2。用提拉法生长出了单晶体;并用阻抗谱法研究了LiNbO3-Zn3Nb2O8体系中不同成分多晶样品的锂离子电导性能。
【Abstract】 Phase diagram of pseudobinary system LiNbO3-Zn3Nb2O8 has been determined by meansof X-ray diffraction and diffrential thermal analysis.A new compound LiZn3Nb3O11 of te-tragonal system with a=6.16A, c=8.45A, has been discovered, the single crystals of whichhave been grown successufully by utilizing Czockralski method.The Lithium ion conducti-vities of ceramic specimens of different compositions within this .system have also beenmeasured.
