【Abstract】 An electrooptical crystal was inserted in one of the two arms of a Michelson interferometer. The feedback signal was used for phase modulation of the light beam in this arm. Thus the light output intensity, as a result of the interference of two beams, exhibited optical testability. An integrated optical device version based on this principle was proposed.更多还原
