圆柱壳受轴向压缩塑性稳定性的实验研究
EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION ON THE PLASTIC STABILITY OF A CYLINDRICAL SHELL UNDER AXIAL COMPRESSION
【摘要】 圆柱壳受轴压的塑性稳定性的理论,曾有很多人进行过大量的探讨,但是,在实验方面研究的文章却发表得较少.本文给出了用AM 和1T 铝合金圆柱壳所做的大量实验.首先描述了观察到的失稳过程,给出了失稳时的最大载荷,它们与不考虑卸载的全量理论所算出的临界载荷符合较好.其次,给出了1T 铝合金圆柱壳塑性失稳和弹性失稳的范围,以及小挠度理论的适用范围.最后,给出了R/h 与失稳时出现轴对称波与菱形波半波数之间的关系.
【Abstract】 The theory of plastic stability of cylindrical shell under axial compression has been investigated by a large number of researchers,but few experimental results have been published.This report presents a number of experimental results about the cylindrical shell whichare made of AM and 1T aluminium alloy.First,the instability process is describedand the maximum load agrees with the critical load calculated by the deformation theory.Next,the region of plastic instability and elastic instability for cylindrical shell made of1T aluminum alloy are given,the region of validity of small deflection theory is alsopresented.Finally,a relation between R/h and the axisymmetric wave or the numbers ofhalf-waves of the rhombic-wave at buckling is given.
