【Abstract】 TQC has been introduced and practised for two years in Shanghai Steel Works №.5. Someresults were achieved. The paper describes six aspects regarding the practice and experience on theapplication of TQC. In order to implement the overall application of TQC in the plant, realization of the followingaspects is a prerequisite for success: 1, A comprehensive understanding from the leadership of the potentialities of TQC. 2, Special attention to fundamental work. 3, Promotion of the activities of TQC working group. 4, Assurance of a good feedback for quality information. 5, The technical personal should be the backbone in carrying out the work on TQC. 6, A rigid system of rewards and penalties applicable to all employees.更多还原
