连续轧管的断续轧制状态和变形模型
ON THE INTERRUPTED ROLLING STATE AND DEFORMATION MODEL IN THE CONTINUOUS TUBE ROLLING PROCESS WITH A FLOATING MANDREL
【摘要】 根据连续轧管保证金属塑性整体和芯棒刚性整体的前提,分析了金属和芯棒阶跃加载和阶跃卸载的产生,论证了浮动芯棒钢管连轧的基本特征在于轧制过程是连续的,而轧制状态是断续的。从金属的速度图示、轧制图示和变形区受力图示(变形模型)三个方面对连轧管断续轧制状态进行描述。根据芯棒和金属之间不同的相对滑动,归纳提出了连轧管一切工作机在各轧制阶段通用的四种受力图示作为分析金属变形和应力的基本变形模型。
【Abstract】 In the continuous tube rolling process with a floating mandrel an essential prerequisite is tokeep the plastic shell integral and the rigid mandrel intact. It is found that the shell and the mandrelare loaded and unloaded in steps. It has been proved that the characteristic of mandrel mill is thatthe rolling process is continuous, but that the rolling state is intermittent The intermittent rollingstate is described through three aspects: i. c. "velocity diagram", "forming diagram" and "defor-mation model". According to the relative slide between the shell and the mandrel, four general elements whichthe forces act upon have been summed up and put forward as the basic deformation model forfurther study of stress and strain in the plastic zone.
