铽-乙酰丙酮螯合物的荧光——铽的荧光光度测定
Fluorescence of the Acetylacetone Complex of Terbium-Spectrofluorometric Determination of Trace Amounts of Terbium
【摘要】 <正> 乙酰丙酮(AA)早已用作稀土的萃取剂,以及Tb-AA-EDTA异配络合物的荧光研究。但关于Tb-AA螯合物荧光性质的研究仍未见报导。我们发现于pH8-8.5,Tb-AA螯合物在301nm波长光的激发下,于540nm发射出很强的铽的特征荧光。因此,我们对Tb-AA螯合物的荧光性质进行了系统地研究,拟订了稀土氧化物中微量氧化铽的荧光光度测定法。试剂及仪器:乙酰丙酮溶液,0.025M;pH8.5的HAc-NH4OH缓冲溶液;铽标准溶液用光谱纯Tb4O7配制。
【Abstract】 Fluorescence characteristics of the acetylacetone complex of terbium have been investigated. It can be served as the basis for a specific, accurate spectrofluo-rometric method for the determination of trace amounts of terbium. Under the op-timum conditions(2.4×10-4M aeetylace-tone, pH 8.4)a linear relationship is obtained from the initial concentration up to 1.0μug/25 ml for terbium. No inter-ference is resulted in from other rare earth elements, Ca and Mg, but Cu, A1 and Fe interfere seriously. Satisfactory results are obtained by the proposed method for the determination of trace amounts of terbium in pure rare earth metal oxides and LaOBr.
