酚藏花红萃取分光光度法测定岩石矿物中的微量汞

【摘要】 <正> 酚藏花红(PhenosaJranine)属于醌亚胺类对氮蒽染料,它在光度分析中的应用仅见萃取光度法测定铟的一篇报导。本文应用酚藏花红作显色剂,找出溴汞酸与酚藏花红形成的缔合物易为混合溶剂苯+丁酮(3+1)所萃取,可用来比色测定汞。本文较详细地探讨了萃取比色的主要条件,其它离子的干扰,并用于岩石矿物中微量汞的分析。实验表明,本法在选择性、灵敏度、稳定性及重现性等方面均获得较满意的结果。

【Abstract】 A new sensitive method for the deter-mination of trace mercury is proposed. Phenosafranine reacts with bromomercurate to form an association complex having an absorption maximum at 527 nm(ε=4.8×10~4). The complex can be extracted into a mixture of benzene-butanone(3:1).Optimum conditions for the extraction are found to be 2.4N in sulfuric acid, 0.02M in sodium bromide and 0.003% of phenosafranine, and extracting with 10 ml of benzene-butanone for 2 minutes. Beer's law is obeyed for 0-20μg/10 ml of Hg. The colour of the extract is stable for up to 150 minutes at room temperature. From 22 results by 10 ml aliquots of 10μg of Hg, the method gives a mean absorbance value of 0.478 with a standard deviation of 0.0063 absorbance unit and a coefficient of variation of 1.33%.
