染色体畸变作为“生物剂量计”在辐射事故剂量监测中的应用

【摘要】 在两起60Coγ射线照射事故中,用染色体畸变作为“生物剂量计”,对受照人员进行了剂量估算。在事故1中,3名受照人员均未佩戴个人剂量计;事故模拟估算的剂量分别为30、30、20伦,用染色体畸变估算的剂量分别为46、26、26拉德,两者比较近似。在事故2中,受照者8人,均佩有胶片剂量计,其剂量记录从1.6到20伦不等;用染色体畸变方法,以无着丝点畸变和击断率为指标,在计数200和500个左右的细胞时,用我们实验室所作的刻度曲线,分别进行了剂量估算;结果表明,在较低剂量的60Coγ射线照射事故中,当计数500个左右的细胞时,上述“生物剂量计”仍有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 With chromosome aberration as the biological dosim eter,doseestimation had been done for 11 eases of exposed workers in two 60Coγ-rayradiation accidents.All of 3 cases in accident 1 had not worn any personaldosimeter.The doses estimated by accident reconstruction were about 30,30and 20 R and the doses estimated with chromosome aberration were about 46,26 and 26 rads respectively.The results obtained by above two methodsagreed quite well.In accident 2,all 8 cases of exposed workers had worn 3film badge.The dose range recorded was from 1.6 to 20R.with chromosomeaberration method of the acentric aberration or break rate as a indicator,thedose estimation had been done on the basis of calibration curves of thislab.For 200 and 500 cells scoring.The result suggestedthat during accidentof low dose 60Co γ-ray exposure,with acentric aberration or break rate as anindicator,when 500 cells were scored,chromosome aberration analysis can beused as a biological dosimeter.
