HDEHP-PVDF柱在萃取色层分析中的应用——Ⅰ.裂变产物系统分离流程的设计原理
USE OF HDEHP-PVDF COLUMNS IN EXTRATION CHROMATOGRAPHY——Ⅰ.PRINCIPLES OF THE SEQUENTIAL SEPARATION SCHEME FOR FISSION PRODUCTS ANALYSES
【摘要】 本文指出国产聚偏氟乙烯树脂(PVDF)在萃取色层中的新用途。与常用的六种担体相比,PVDF 给出最低的对比塔板高度,其洗脱曲线窄而对称,拖尾效应甚小。同时,作者详细研究了某些长寿命裂变产物在 HDEHP-PVDF 柱上的最宜吸附和洗脱条件,并提出系统分离流程。色层柱采用常温常压操作,典型的萃取色层条件为:玻璃柱(φ8×75毫米);担体,PVDF(80—100目);固定相,0.5毫升 HDEHP/克 PVDF;洗脱剂,各种浓度的 HNO3和8%H2C2O4溶液;流速,0.5毫升/分。
【Abstract】 This paper has shown the feasibility of using PVDF inextraction chromatography.Experiments on seven kind of commerciallyavailable support materials indicated that PVDF allowed the lowest reducedplate height to be reached.The elution curves obtainable with PVDF wererather narrow,symmetrical and showed less tailing.Therefore,the best con-ditions for sorption and elution of some fission products on HDEHP-PVDF columns have been investigated in detail,and a sequential separat-ion scheme is proposed for fission products analyses.Typical extractionchromatographic conditions are:column,glass(7.5mm×8mmID);packing,PVDF(80—100 mesh);stationary phase,0.5ml HDEHP/g“PVDF”;elutingagent,HNO3 of varying concentrations and 8% H2C204;flow-rate,0.5ml/min at ambient temperature without overpressure.
