由60CO γ射线辐照所引起的脱氧核苷酸水溶液的化学变化
CHEMICAL CHANGES OF DEOXYNUCLEOTIDES IN AQUEOUS SOLUTION INDUCED BY 60CO-GAMMA RAY IRRADIATION
【摘要】 本文报告了钴-60γ射线辐照后的水溶液中脱氧核苷酸的化学变化。结果表明,照射后脱氧核苷酸分子迅速降解,释放出无机磷酸及脱氧核糖,这些效应均与辐射剂量有关。还发现脱氧核苷酸的辐射敏感性差別很大,资料提示,嘧啶核苷酸较嘌呤核苷酸更为敏感。
【Abstract】 The Chemical changes of deoxynucleotides in aqueoussolution after 60Co-gamma ray irradiation was reported.The findings showed that deoxynucleotide molecules degrade rapidly after irradiation andrelease inorganic phosphoric acid and deoxyribose.These effects dependupon the radiation doses.Deoxynucleotides were found to be greatly differentin their radiasensitivity and the data suggested that pyrimedine nucleotidesare more radiasensitive than Purine nucleotides.
