B—G—M模型的随机故障诊断
On Probabilistic Fault Diagnosis of B—G—M Model
【摘要】 此文论及数字系统的故障自动诊断。先前在Ferruccio Barsi,FabrizioGrodoni和 Piero Maestrini所提出的诊断模型中假设系统的所有单元都有相同的故障概率,为了更好地描述实际情况,本文将此模型推广到随机诊断。对于一个已有确定测试连结的n个单元所组成的系统,在一步可诊断和顺序可诊断两个方面,推导了正确诊断出现概率大于t的故障集的充分和必要条件。同时指出顺序诊断方法是较为简便的。最后文章详细讨论了满足给定方法可诊断性前提下的系统测试连结的最优设计,提出了一个适用于顺序p—t可诊断系统的最佳设计方法,并用APL语言给出了算法。 在此,衷心感谢指导教师陈廷槐老师给予的启发、指导并为我们主持了讨论班。
【Abstract】 This paper is concerned with automatic fault diagnosis for the digital systems. The diagnosis model, orginally proposed by Ferruccio Barsi, Fabrizio Gradoni and Piero Maestrini, assumed that all units of system have the same probability of being faulty. In this paper it has been extended to probabilistic diagnosis for sake of describing the more actual situation. For any system of n units whose set testing linkes is given, necessary and sufficient conditions to correctly diagnose any fault set whose probability of occurrence is greater than t are presented in both cases of one-step diagnosis and sequential diagnosis. It is shown that the procedure for sequential diagnosis has very small complexity. Finally the problem of optimal assignment of testing linkes in order to achieve a given diagnosability is also considered in detail and an effective algorithm of optimal design of sequential p-t diagnosable system had been presented and had been realized by the use of APL.The author wish to thank our teacher CHen Ting-huai for suggestions advices and stimulating discussions.
