蛇类的毒素和血清蛋白质与蛇分类间的关系的初探——Ⅰ、蛇血清和蛇毒的蛋白质电泳初步分析

【摘要】 <正> 生物体内的特异的蛋白质组成也许比其外形更能本质地反映分类的特征。根据蛋白质不同演化程度,选择不同的蛋白质可以作为各分类阶元的指标。采用适当的实验手段结合传统的分类方法,对澄清蛇分类问题和解决蛇伤诊治工作,具有一定的理论和实践意义。

【Abstract】 Comparing with the distribution of snake scrum proteins and its venom proteins on the polyacrylamide gel electrophorctograms, the lour speies: Agkis-trodon halys, A. acutus, T rimeresurus mucrosquamatus and T. stejnegeri have similar patterns, the only diffence existed in Trimeresurus is lacking the front acidic bands, which is coincide with the morphological classification. The subspecies of Hydrophis genus have the similar patterns in their scrum proteins but different in venoms, and that of Ptyas genus have similar patterns in serum proteins.
