吉林产蝮蛇(Agkistrodon halys brevicaudus Steingeri)蛇毒的柱层析分离及酶活性和凝血效应的初步测定
IDENTIFICATION OF SOME ENZYMIC AND BLOOD-CLOTTING ACTIVITIES IN THE VENOM OF ACKISTRODON HALYS BREVICAUDUS STEJNEGER AFTER CHROMATOGRAPHIC FRACTIONATION
【摘要】 <正> 关于蝮蛇毒的研究,Suzuki和Satake等开始对日本蝮蛇(Agkistrodon halys blomhoffii)蛇毒进行了分离纯化,以后详尽地研究了各组份。近年来,涂光俦等用二乙氨基乙基葡聚糖A-50对浙江产蝮蛇(Agkistrodon halys Pallas)蛇毒进行柱层析分离,得到14个蛋白组份,测定了酶活性并大规模纯化磷酸二酯酶;陈建智等采用类似方法分离蛇岛产蝮蛇(Agkislrodou halya Pallas)蛇毒,得到16个蛋白组份,测定了酶活性和生理活性。 我国东北大陆“白眉蝮蛇”蛇毒的分离及其组份的研究尚无报道。本文采用二乙基氨基乙基葡聚糖A-50和氯化钠直线梯度洗脱法,对吉林产蝮蛇(Agkistrodon holysbrevicaudus Stejneger)蛇毒进行柱层析分离,获得18个蛋白组份。按照云南动物所四室报导的酶活性测定法,对各组份测定了5种酶活性,结果表明:蛋白水解酶主要
【Abstract】 The venom of Agkistrodon halys brevicaudus Stejnegcr from Kirin was fractionated on DEAE-Sephadcx A-50 into 18 different fractions. The experiment conditions are described. Some enzymatic activities (proteinase, arginine esterase, phospholipase A, phosphomonoesterase, L-amino acid oxi-dase) as well as the blood-clotting activities have been determined for each fraction.
