浙江产蝮蛇(Agkistrodon halys Pallas)蛇毒抗凝血活酶组份对凝血系统的作用
The action of anticoagulant principles obtained from the venom of Agkistrodon halys (Pallas) on blood coagulation system
【摘要】 通过二乙氨基乙基葡聚糖A-50柱层析,从浙江产蝮蛇毒中得到一个抗凝血活酶组份。这一组份在体外显著地延长血浆复钙时间和凝血酶原时间,但不延长凝血酶时间,对纤维蛋白也无溶解作用。低浓度的抗凝组份就能干扰血液凝血活酶生成和抗组织凝血活酶。家兔静脉注射抗凝组份,全血凝固时间、血浆复钙时间、凝血酶原时间和凝血酶时间均显著而短暂地延长,纤维蛋白原浓度也会突然下降至原来的20%,而优球蛋白溶解时间始终大于24小时,没有缩短现象。
【Abstract】 An anticoagulant principle was obtained from the venom of Agkistrodon halys produced in zhejiang province by means of DEAE-Sephadex A-50 and CM-Sephadex C-25 column chromatography. The effect of the principle on blood coagulation both in vitro and in vivo was studied. In vitro, it remarkably prolonged plasma recalcification time and one-stage plasma prothrombin time, but did not prolong thrombin time and did not dissolve fibrin. It could inhibit formation of blood thromboplastin and tissue thromboplastin even at low concentrations. In rabbit by intravenous injection, the principle caused a marked and transient prolongation of whole blood coagulation time, plasma re-calcification time, one-stage plasma prothrombin time and thrombin time, and decreased suddenly in the rabbit fibrinogen level below 22% at 10 minutes after injection, but Ac-globulin dissolution time was not shortened.
