【Abstract】 The relationship between the closed cell proportion of the insulating plastic foams and their thermal conductivity at low temperature is analysed. A description of the measuring apparatus developed by the authors is given, pointing out the defects of the current R.H. Harding’s equation, presenting a new equation by means of observing the microscopic structure of the foamed insulating materials, and based on experimental data, giving a comparison between the two.更多还原
