两个铅约瑟夫逊隧道结相互作用的实验观察
EXPERIMENTAL OBSERVATION ON THE INTERACTION BETWEEN TWO Pb JOSEPHSON JUNCTIONS
【摘要】 在4.2K下对两个相距几千埃的铅约瑟夫逊隧道结的相互作用进行了初步的实验观察.发现,在一定条件下,注入结(低阻结)的工作状态对检测结(高阻结)两膜能隙之和以及检测结的临界电流(或只是对临界电流)有明显的影响.当检测结能隙变化不显著时,在检测结临界电流的变化中观察到关于注入结电流方向的反对称成分,可用准粒子扩散来进行解释.
【Abstract】 A preliminary experimental observation at 4.2 K on the interaction between two Pb Josephson junctions parted by several thousand A has been made. Under certain conditions the working state of the injector junction (low resistance junction) has a marked influence upon the gap sum of the two Pb films and the critical current of the detector junction (high resistance junction) or only upon the rear. There exits a marked antisymmetry component in regard to the direction of the injector current in the variation of the detector critical current when there is no apparent change in the gaps of the detector’s two films. This can be explained by the diffusion of quasi-particles.
