【Abstract】 Three new subspecies of Hemiphyllodactylus yunnanensis from Yunnan, Guizhouand Guangxi are reported and their diagnoses are given below. The type specimensare deposited in the Department of Biology, Nanjing Normal College. Hemiphyllodactylus gunnanensis yunnanensis (Boulenger) (Plate Ⅰ, 1) 349 specimens from Kunming, Lijiang, Chuxiong, Chengjiang, Gejiu and Yao’an,Yunnan Province. Lamellae under dilated portion of digits mostly 3443-3444/3444pairs, 4th pair under 3rd-5th fingers not reaching finger margin (fig. 1); diameter ofear opening mostly 0.5-1.0mm and about 20-43% of that of eye. Hemiphyllodactylus yunnanensis longlingensis Zhou et Liu, subsp. nov.(Plate Ⅰ, 2) Holotype (?, no. 79003), allotype (?, No. 79066) and paratypes (32 ?? 47 ??)were collected from Longling County, Yunnan Province, altitude 1530m, in August1979. Lamellae under dilated portion of digits mostly 3333/3444 pairs, 4th pair under3rd-5th toes not reaching toe margin (fig. 3); diameter of ear opening mostly over0.7mm and about 26-48% of that of eye. This new subspecies differs from all theknown subspecies in having less lamellae under digits. Specimens were also collected from Cangyuan County, Yunnan Province. Hemiphyllodactylus gunnanensis jinpingensis Zhou et Liu, subsp. nov.(Plate Ⅰ, 3) Holotype (?, No. 78849), allotype (?, No. 78844) and paratypes (19 ?? 21 ??)were collected from Jinping County, Yunnan Province, altitude 1260 m, in July 1978. Lamellae under dilated portion of digits mostly 3444/4555 pairs, 5th pair under3rd-5th toes not reaching toe margin (fig. 5); diameter of ear opening mostly less than 0.7 mm and about 19-27% of that of eye. This new subspecies differs from H. y. dush-anensis Zhou et Liu, subsp. nov. in having the 5th pair of lamellae under 3rd-5th toesmuch shorter. As compared with H. y. longlingensis Zhou et Liu, subsp. nov. and H.y. yunnanensis (Boulenger) it may be distinguished from them by having more lamellaeunder digits. Specimens were also collected from Xingyi, Anlong, and Huishui, Guizhou Prov-ince, and Dayaoshan Mountain, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Hemiphyllodactglus yunnanensis. dushanensis Zhou et Liu, subsp. nov.(Plate Ⅰ, 4) Holotype (?, No. 78999), allotype (?, No. 78984) and paratypes (28 ?? 31 ??)were collected from Dushan County, Guizhou Province, altitude 970 m, in June 1978. Lamellae under dilated portion of digits mostly 3444/4555 pairs, 5th pair under3rd-5th toes reaching toe margin in 85% individuals (fig. 6); diameter of ear opening0.3-0.6mm and about 13-25% of that of eye; back without or with only few irre-gular dark markings. The new subspecies differs from H. y. jinpingensis Zhou et Liu,subsp. nov. in having the 5th pair of lamellae under 3rd-5th toes longer and in theplain coloration on the back.
