往复炉排配二次风燃低热值煤的试验研究

【摘要】 充分利用低热值燃料,是解决我国煤炭供应紧张状况的重要课题之一。本文对往复炉排配蒸汽二次风燃低热值煤的试验情况作了详细介绍。试验情况表明,往复炉排配蒸汽二次风有良好的燃料适应性。它不但能适应热值大于3000大卡/公斤的Ⅰ类烟煤,而且对于2700~3000大卡/公斤的Ⅰ类烟煤及热值2500~2700大卡/公斤的高挥发份劣质煤亦能很好地适应。它同时还具有良好的经济性。

【Abstract】 Making full use of low calorific value fuels is one of the important subjects for solving the stringent supply of coals in our country. This article gives a detailed description about the tests of burning low calorific value coals on a reciprocating-grate stoker with steam jet. The tests showed that the reciprocating-grate stoker with steam jet had fine adaptability for fuels. Not only is it suitable for class I bituminous coal of over 3000 kcal/kg, but also suitable for class I bituminous coal of 2700 to 3000 kcal/kg and low-grade coal of about 2500 to 2700 kcal/kg with high volatile content. Moreover it pays well in economy.
