铜锌铝催化剂上低温变换动力学的研究(Ⅰ)
A Study of the Kinetics of Low Temperature Conversion of Carbon Monoxide with Water Vapour over a Native Cu-Zn-Al Catalyst (Ⅰ)
【摘要】 应用微分反应器,在高空速、小颗粒国产铜锌铝催化剂存在下进行一氧化碳与水蒸汽的反 应,测定了175℃,变换率≤20%,远离平衡下,各组分浓度对反应速率的影响,得到正反应 动力学方程为 还测定了160-210℃之间温度对反应速率的影响,求得温度对反应速率常数的关系;得到反应 的活化能E=6.7×104焦/摩尔,频率因子Z=2.1×106.
【Abstract】 The reaction of carbon monoxide with water vapour took place in micro- reactor with small particle size 0.2-0.5mm native Cu-Zn-Al Catalyst and the gas mixture passed with high space velocity of 4.8-6×104 ml/g-cat./h. At 175℃, the rate of conversion≤20%, which is far from equilibrium. The reaction rates with the change of the concentration of the conponents were determinated, and equation of kinetics is obtained by electronic computer: The reaction rates within tbe temperature range of 160-210℃ were also determinated. Tho activation energy of the reaction is calculated, and an empirical equation which represents the temperature dependeuce of the reaction rate constant is obtained as followiug
