【Abstract】 Here we give a description of a new type tester with multi-functions which may test the capacity of casting with regard to it’s tendency to thermo- cracking, linear-contraction and free linear contraction. This tester is avilable for factories and research units in teaching, production and research works. As a result through being tested, it has been proved that this tester is very reasonable in it’s design, and very convenient to handle. For it’s being a precision device and better feature of reappearance, this tester may be applied to test and research the capacity in varying alloy casting with the changeability rate( )in the free linear contraction acted as parmeter in checking the amount of tendency to thermocracking, this tester provide the further research into the mechanism form the thermo--cracking, with a new testing method.更多还原
