电子计算机化的炉前热分析和微分测试方法
Computer Aided Thermal Analysis as an In-Plant Inspection Method
【摘要】 微型机化的炉前热分析和微分测试方法可以提高传统的热分析方法的测试精度和灵敏度.本文用微型机热分析系统研究了灰铸铁的炉前快速成分测定和铝硅合金加锑变质质量的预测。研究结果提出了一个铝硅合金(加锑)变质程度的热分析新判据——凝固时间。根据凝固时间为判据的微型机热分析系统可作为铝合金变质质量控制的可靠手段。
【Abstract】 Microcomputer aided thermal analysis as an in--plant rapid inspection me- thod has better sensitivity and accuracy than the conventional method. In this paper, this inspection system is introduced for the rapid determination of CE C, Si content of malleable cast iron as well as the degree of modification of Al--Si alloys modified by Sb. It is also proposed a control criterion--solidi- fication time, to forecast the degree of modification of these alloys. It is be- licved that this method, based on this control cirterion, is entirely satisfac- tory as a means to control the degree of modification of Al-Si alloys modified by Sb.
